NotationAI Terms of Service and Subscription Notice

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your access to and use of NotationAI (the “App”) and related services. By registering, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the App, you agree to these terms and the related policies (including the Privacy Policy).

2. Account and service usage

a) Some features (such as cloud sync and promo-code entitlements) require sign-in and are account-scoped.

b) You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not use the App for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or security-compromising activities.

c) You are responsible for risks and losses resulting from improper account protection on your side.

2.1 Free tier, advertising, and analytics

a) Free users may see third-party ads (e.g., Google AdMob). Paid subscribers (including valid promo VIP) do not see in-app ads.

b) We may collect aggregated product analytics as described in the Privacy Policy. You may disable analytics under Me → Preferences.

c) Advertising and analytics practices are governed by the Privacy Policy and App Store disclosures.

3. Subscription plans and entitlements

The App may offer multiple plans, including weekly subscription and lifetime purchase. The available plans, prices, entitlement scope, and descriptions shown in the App and the App Store at the time of purchase shall prevail.

4. Billing and renewal

· Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

· Subscriptions with a free trial will automatically renew as paid subscriptions after the trial ends, unless auto‑renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your device settings.

· Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected plan.

· You can manage or turn off auto‑renewal after purchase in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

· Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. How to change or cancel your subscription

On your device, open Settings → Apple ID → View Apple ID → (authenticate) → Subscriptions. Select this app to change your plan or cancel. After cancellation, you can continue using subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

We cannot process App Store refunds directly. If you need a refund, please request it from Apple:

1. Open https://reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser and sign in with your Apple ID.

2. Find the purchase and click “Report a Problem”.

3. Describe the reason and submit, then wait for Apple Support’s response.

7. Promo-code and account-scoped entitlement notice

If you redeem a promo code, the resulting entitlement is linked to your signed-in account. Entitlement status, expiration, and source shown in the App are subject to server-side verification results.

8. Intellectual property

The App and related content (including but not limited to interface design, code, text, and icons) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them for unauthorized commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. While we take reasonable efforts to maintain stability and security, we are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for interruptions, delays, data loss, or damages caused by network issues, system failures, third‑party services, or force majeure.

10. Children

If you are a minor, please use the app under the guidance and consent of a parent/guardian.

11. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
